1. Services
Trade Social Co provides ongoing social media management for tradies and businesses, including content creation, posting, scheduling, and optimisation across agreed platforms.

We handle the visibility.
2. Payment Terms
All services are billed weekly unless otherwise agreed.
Payments must be made on time to ensure your content continues to be created, scheduled, and posted without interruption.
3. Cancellation Policy (30 Days Notice)
If you wish to cancel your services, we require a minimum of 30 days’ written notice.
This gives us time to:
Wrap up all scheduled content
Finalise any work in progress
Ensure a smooth handover of your accounts
Services and payments will continue during this 30-day period.
4. Handover
At the end of your service period:
Access to your accounts remains yours
Any scheduled content will be completed or handed over
Trade Social Co systems, strategies, and processes remain our intellectual property.
5. Client Responsibilities
To get the best results, clients agree to:
Provide access to social media accounts
Supply content (if required under your package)
Respond to approvals or communication in a timely manner
Delays in communication may impact posting consistency, which is outside of our control.
6. Results Disclaimer
Trade Social Co provides strategy, content creation, and consistent posting designed to increase your visibility and grow your brand.
However, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to followers, engagement, enquiries, job bookings, or revenue.
Results may vary depending on a range of factors outside of our control, including:
Market conditions and competition
Pricing, location, and service demand
Client responsiveness and communication
Social media algorithms and platform changes
Social media is a long-term strategy. Performance can vary from post to post, and growth is built over time through consistency.
Trade Social Co is not responsible for:
Platform outages, restrictions, or account issues
Changes in algorithm performance
Disruptions caused by third-party tools
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that results are not guaranteed and are influenced by multiple external factors.
7. Content Usage
We may use content created for your business for our own marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
